Professional Qualifications & Insurance
As a professional member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I am fully qualified and insured to provide Sports Massage Therapy. Many private healthcare providers recognise FHT membership, which means you may be able to claim back the cost of your treatments with me through your health insurance. I recommend checking directly with your insurer to confirm your eligibility and any specific requirements for reimbursement.
I'm a fully qualified Level 3 and Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist, having completed my training with the highly regarded Cotswold Academy in Cirencester (2022). My qualifications allow me to assess and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, from sports-related injuries to everyday aches and tension. With advanced techniques and a strong understanding of anatomy, I tailor each treatment to support recovery, enhance performance, and promote overall wellbeing.

My Treatment Services
Restore Sports Massage
1 hour
Sports massage is a specialised form of massage therapy designed to enhance athletic performance and support individuals with active lifestyles. Whether you're a professional athlete, a dedicated gym-goer, or someone with a physically demanding job, this treatment can help you achieve your goals and maintain optimal physical condition.
Involves stretching, muscle energy technique, myofascial release and trigger points.
Sports Massage + Dry Cupping
1 hour

A suction force inside the cup pulls your skin upward. This suction force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels (capillaries) under your skin. Your body replenishes the cupped areas with healthier blood flow and stimulates proper and normal healing at a cellular level.
You'll have red, round cupping therapy marks that should fade in a week or two. Usually I will be able to apply the cups in one area per session.
Restore Tension Release
1 hour
Manual therapy that focuses on treating a wide range of musculoskeletal issues. This includes muscular imbalances, postural problems, chronic pain, and injuries.
The primary goal of this therapy is to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote overall well-being by addressing the underlying causes of discomfort in the soft tissues, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia.
Restore Relaxing Soft Tissue
1 hour

Full body treatment head to toe with aromatherapy oils. With medium to light pressure to help you switch off and relax. It improves your circulation and blood flow, so your organs and skin get more oxygen; aiding with lymphatic drainage.
Restore Lymphatic Drainage
1 hour
An energising and invigorating treatment designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote detoxification. This session begins with gentle lymphatic pumping techniques to encourage fluid movement and boost circulation, followed by a more dynamic remodelling massage focused on breaking down fatty deposits and improving the texture of the interstitial tissue. Perfect if you're concerned about areas such as the thighs, hips, tummy, or back of the arms β whether it's cellulite, puffiness, or stubborn weight. Feel lighter, refreshed, and more confident in your skin.
